We provide digital marketing and related services including but not limited to SEO, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, web development, social media content, and graphic/poster design. Exact scope, deliverables, and pricing for any project are agreed separately with each client before work begins.
Submitting the contact form on this site is an enquiry only and does not create a binding service agreement. A formal engagement begins only after both parties agree on scope, timeline, and payment terms, typically confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal).
Payment terms (amounts, schedule, and method) are agreed on a per-project basis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused or withheld for non-payment of agreed invoices.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables (designs, code, content) transfers to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless a client requests confidentiality in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or access required to complete a project. Delays caused by missing client input may affect project timelines.
We aim to deliver quality work, but digital marketing outcomes (rankings, ad performance, conversions) depend on factors outside our direct control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Services involving third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting providers, etc.) are subject to those platforms' own terms and policies, which are outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
